Training & Support Staff attend a day's induction at the beginning of their contract. This is a paid day and includes a detailed look at your specific role, orientation to the centre, health and safety issues and student welfare. For teachers there is a carefully thought out syllabus with supporting lesson plans and materials. We offer staff development through regular workshops and seminars. Experienced managers and senior staff are on-hand to provide guidance and support. At the end of your contract you will have the opportunity to sit down with a manager and review your time with us. This allows us to get feedback on our programmes and to provide you with a reference for prospective employers. |
