Many of our senior staff have been with us for a few years now in one capacity or another. Some come back as Centre Managers each year, others have moved up from Teacher and Activity Leader positions, developing their skills to enable them to take on the challenge of managing a team and running a centre.
To be successful all managers need drive, enthusiasm and a total disregard of the 9-5, Monday to Friday work ethic. Hand-in-hand with this goes people responsibilities; leadership, motivating staff and supporting them in what is a very dynamic environment.
