Values
When asked why they've come on one of our courses, students reply: 'To have fun. To meet people from other places. To improve my English.' Not necessarily in that order. Our job is to make that happen while at the same time making sure the students are well looked after.

We recognize that to do this we need to get the right people in place. People with commitment, enthusiasm and talent. People who share our values.

We are no longer a boutique organization. Since starting with 1 school in Oxford in 1991 we now have 14 summer schools and bring over 9,000 students to the UK each year. With 5 other businesses within the ISIS portfolio we are significant players in the youth travel market. We remain a family-run business and at the heart of our success are the core values of:
