Can you organise a successful tour for a University or College group?

SALES/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

We are looking to appoint a sales/business development executive to join our friendly team, based in Greenwich, SE London.


Key responsibilities:

• Develop new and existing business
• Assess the client’s needs and identify the most suitable tour.
• Provide written tailor-made quotations
• Liase daily with suppliers and update the team as required.
• Research exciting curriculum based programmes for your clients

This is an exciting role for an outgoing & self motivated person with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and a determination to succeed in the travel industry.

The successful applicant will have previous sales experience, ideally in a school tours environment and a comfortable telephone manner, with excellent written and spoken english. They’ll also want to provide the highest standard of customer service for their clients.

Other skills:

• Excellent numeric skills - they’ll be calculating quotations every day.
• Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Access and Sage
• A 2nd European language would be useful.
• Graduate preferred
