	Catering Tour (inc a day trip to Reims) 3 Days / 2 Nights DAY 1 Depart College early to arrive in Paris in the afternoon. After check-ing in at the accommodation you’ll have time to settle in and explore the local area. Evening meal in the hotel. Early to bed because you’ll have a very early start tomorrow! Day 2 Get up early for a visit to Rungis Market, the world’s largest fresh produce Market. During the tour you’ll have a video presentation and a question and answer session with the guide. After your visit you’ll continue to the Champagne region (about 1 • hours from Paris) for a tour of MUMM Champagne house (or similar) to see how the world famous “Bubbly” is produced and then to a snail farm where you will get the chance to sample this unusual delicacy (we can swap the snail farm for a Foie Gras workshop, Ostrich Farm or chocolate manufacturer). Evening meal in the hotel. Day 3 You can spend the morning taking photos and getting those last Minute gifts before heading back to the UK.
