FLEXIBLE PAYMENT TERMS We realise how difficult it can be to hold students to strict payment deadlines. Therefore, we offer a simple and flexible system. We ask for a deposit when you confirm your booking and the balance just 4 weeks before you depart if travelling by coach or 8 weeks if travelling by air or rail. UNRIVALLED CUSTOMER SUPPORT We are totally committed to organising the best tour that you’ve ever had! Your Personal Account Manager will assist you during every stage of the booking process. We actively encourage teachers to visit our office to give you a chance to meet us first hand and discuss your tour ideas in person. During your tour we are on hand 24 hours a day if you need our help and in some destinations we also have a local representative for on the spot assistance. RISK ASSESSMENTS Your Personal Account Manager will offer free advice and assistance to help you complete risk assessment forms. We also provide back up material including a copy of our Safety Management System, in-house accommodation and coach H&S audit sheets and the useful “Demystifying Risk Assessment” guide. INSPECTION VISITS It makes the whole trip much easier to manage if you’ve already visited the destination. We are happy to arrange an inspection visit for you and a colleague or spouse. Please contact us for more details. RESOURCE PACKS We provide a comprehensive support pack to help you promote the tour and maximise the educational and educational benefit of the tour. The pack includes a FREE destination guidebook; Key Stage worksheets (if available); posters; parent letters; luggage labels and information sheets regarding insurance and safety whilst on tour. FINANCIAL SECURITY ISIS is fully bonded by the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA V6504) and our air packages are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority (ATOL 5620). You are also protected by our £5 million liability insurance. COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE COVER We’ve teamed up with Endsleigh and are pleased to offer comprehensive group travel insurance on all of our tours. The policy is specifically designed for colleges.
