	London Theatre Workshop 1 NIGHTS Day 1 Depart school early morning & travel to London. Upon arrival the group will have a chance to smell the greasepaint and tread the boards with a backstage tour of one of London’s famous West End theatres. Afterwards, its back to the hotel to put on your glad rags for your big night out! To start we’ll whisk you off to dine with the stars at the famous Planet Hollywood restaurant and then to the theatre where you’ll join the students from New York’s famous school of Performing Arts as they climb the ladder to their ultimate goal -”FAME”! LONDON THEATRE WORKSHOP Day 2 After breakfast, put on your legwarmers and get ready for our exclusive “FAME” drama workshop! The “FAME” workshop offers a combination of acting and dancing tuition, exploring the themes of the show, with information on how to make it in the Business. Our workshops are led by professional actors in the heart of the West End and are tailored to your individual needs, offering a unique experience We also offer similar bespoke packages for Les Miserables, Blood Brothers and Phantom of the Opera plus a range of other professionally run workshops as follows: Theatre 101: Ideal for students with little or no experience of theatre, this workshop is a great introduction to theatre & performance. Acting: An introduction to acting, focusing on acting techniques with reference to characters & themes in the show you are attending. Storytelling: We all have a tale to tell & this session will investigate how. We Can Do It: A fun workshop exploring ways of devising & creating new theatre, including physicality, movement, improvisation & forum theatre techniques, with reference to practitioners & advise on putting on your own show.
