Need to know
The hostel provides film nights and an on-site entertainment programme. There is also a games and satellite TV room. The reception has a travel service for groups who want to book their sightseeing visits during their stay. A meeting room (up to 40 persons) is available for groups and the hostel has internet access. Locally, there is a swimming pool next to the hostel. The City hostel has been awarded several environmental awards including the renowned ‘SWAN’ award
Rooms
The hostel has 170 beds. Students are usually accommodated in 4-6 bunk bedded rooms with and sometimes without private facilities. Smaller en-suite rooms are available for teachers. Bed linen is available for for rent on arrival (currently 600 kronur)
