After checking in at the accommodation you'll have time to explore the city. Day 2 After breakfast the group will depart for a Historical Walking Tour of Berlin, which takes in some of the city’s key sites, including Potsdamer Platz, the Brandenburg Gate and Unter den Linden. After lunch (not provided), you visit the Reichstag – the impressive German Parliament building identified by its immense glass dome – before rounding off the day by visiting the Stasi Museum, which holds a truly memorable collection of cold war era spy devices. The coach then returns you to your hotel for dinner. Day 3 After breakfast the group will depart for the small, but fascinating, Checkpoint Charlie Museum, which illustrates the many, often failed, escape attempts over this famous border crossing. Next up after lunch (not provided), is the Story of Berlin Museum, which details the rich, often traumatic, but always fascinating history of the city from its beginnings through to the present day. After dinner, get your dancing shoes on and prepare for an energetic night out on the town with an evening of Tango! Day 4 Depart for the UK. If traveling by coach you’ll depart for the UK after lunch to arrive the following day. Air tours will be dependent on the flight times.
