| If you require an airport transfer, please inform us of your flight details at least 72 hours before your arrival to allow us to make the relevant arrangements. |

| If possible, please ensure that you contact your Host Family prior to arrival. |

| Please provide us with any special requirements you may have regarding accommodation and food. This is of particular importance if you have any medical conditions. |

| Please try and ensure that you have as much information about our schools and your Host Family as possible. If any further information is required, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help you. |
