| At ISIS Language Centres we aim to provide a quality service that will ensure you enjoy your stay in England. In order to achieve this our enrolment procedure will ensure the following: |

| On receipt of your enrolment form we will fax or email an invitation letter within 24 hours of receiving the information, (providing we have been sent all the necessary enrolment details and deposit). If possible, we will try and send this out even earlier. |

| If you need a visa, we will offer you as much assistance as we can. |
|
| Within 3 days of receiving all the necessary information from you, we will provide you with your accommodation details. If this is not possible, we will inform you of the reason and what we need in order to do so. |

| We will send out the confirmation invoice detailing the fees at the same time as the accommodation details |
|
| We will help you through the enrolment process and offer the best possible service throughout your stay. |
